It’s becuase Google has refused to support Windows devices using Arm Processors such as the new Surface Pro 11 due to there being “relatively low adoption”. Therefore, if you want access to your Google Drive in Windows Explorer, you will not be able to! In order to do so, I found that you have to either use the web browser interface or use a program such as RaiDrive, which allows you to use your Google Drive in Windows Explorer as you normally would.

In the meantime, you should go to https://support.google.com/drive/thread/280877617/google-drive-for-windows-arm64?hl=en and hit the “I have the same question” button to show Google that you would like this feature added to their main Google Drive app!
